New Floors Unlimited handles all of your flooring needs, including demolition, surface preparation, and installation.  We install flooring materials of all types, from commercial to residential, including but not limited to vinyl, carpet, hardwood (bamboo, maple, oak, ,etc.) and cork.  We also handle repairs both small and large, and we provide insurance claim estimates and repairs with quick response time and turn around to help keep your claim moving smoothly.

We provide quality control consulting for past or present jobs done by others to see if the job was done correctly and to the manufacturer’s specifications, making sure you are getting what you paid for and that your floor will last. This service is a great asset to hospitals, clinics, and labs since there are more stringent requirements from manufacturers to guarantee their products will last.  Please contact us to have our in-house consultant verify that your job is done right.

New Floors Unlimited is a woman-owned licensed and bonded flooring installation company, owned by business manager Enika Lynch. Lead installer Jimmy Lynch has over 30 years of experience as an expert flooring installer,  foreman and flooring estimator in the building and commercial construction industry.  His emphasis is on new construction and renovation of commercial and residential buildings.

Jimmy has been a union installer for 22 years with Local 1238, following a three-year apprenticeship program. Certifications include:

• ARDEX MC™ and patch
• Mapei patching compounds and underlayment
• nora® systems “master” certification
• Oscoda Plastics “protect-all” certification
• Armstrong Commercial Flooring Medintone for medical and aseptic environments
• Forbo Master Mechanic
• OSHA 30-hour certificate and current CPR/First Aid training
